Yoga for real life

Zennor’s classes are calm, welcoming, and open to everyone. Whether it’s your first ever yoga class or you’ve been practising for years. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take rest whenever you need, in a friendly, judgement-free space.

A mat if you have one, or one can be provided, and water.

Options are offered throughout, rest anytime.
